MiniFIBERS, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of T. Scott Frasca to the role of Vice President of Sales for the CASE & Wetlaid Non-Wovens markets MiniFIBERS serves.

Scott joined MiniFIBERS more than 5 years ago and made an immediate positive impact on the markets and customers he managed and served. Scott is held in high regard by all he interacts with in the specialty paper and CASE markets due to his extensive technical background and support of companies in solving problems and improving their products. Scott’s background includes senior level positions with Buckman, Quadra Chemicals, Rohm and Haas, OMNOVA Solutions and Aries Chemical. His wealth of experience in all the markets that MiniFIBERS serves makes him the perfect candidate to provide direction as we further expand our capabilities.

Scott was recognized as a TAPPI Fellow in 2022 due to his 35 years of outstanding contributions to the industry. He currently chairs TAPPI’s Runnability Fun Run and Local Section Officers Team national committees and has chaired three local sections. Scott was elected to the TAPPI Board of Directors in 2025. He also serves on the Scholarship committee of the University of Maine Pulp and Paper Foundation; thus, he continues to make significant contributions to the industry.
