Welch Packaging has confirmed the appointment of Oscar Ortiz as Director of Manufacturing.
With over 20 facilities across IN, IL, MI, OH, KY, TN and PA, Ortiz joins Welch Packaging having held senior roles with IP, WestRock and Hood Container.
