Welch Packaging Joins Forces with Phoenix/Packaging

Welch Packaging Group, Inc. has confirmed its merger with Phoenix/Packaging of Mount Joy, PA. Specific terms of this agreement were not disclosed.

John Davidson said on behalf of his family, “At first, we expected to work with a private equity firm to sell Phoenix/Packaging. But after speaking with another local company that had been acquired by Welch and hearing about their outstanding experience, we decided to reach out to Scott and explore the opportunity to join forces. Once we got to know each other, it became clear that partnering with Welch Packaging was the best decision for our family, our customers and our associates.”
