TAPPI Conferences Postponed

Print Print this Article | Send to Colleague

March 11, 2020 Hello everyone, You are probably seeing updates daily (if not hourly) on the COVID-19 Coronavirus and its effect on our families and daily lives. Honestly, no one knows exactly what changes will happen over the next few weeks or months, however you can be certain that TAPPI will focus on the health and safety of our members and attendees first.

This is why we have made the difficult decision to postpone these upcoming TAPPI events:

• International Flexible Packaging and Extrusion Division Conference (April 19-22)

• PaperCon 2020 (April 26-29)

• International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials (June 8-11)

As two of the conferences are approaching in April, we wanted to give our guests and speakers as much notice as possible to place their registrations on hold or, if necessary, request a refund.

We are very proud of all the work our divisions have done to produce these outstanding conferences and are confident that we will be able to share that amazing content with you at a rescheduled time. We will keep you informed on the new dates for the conferences.

Please see the links below for the latest updates on this situation: U.S. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/specific-groups/guidance-business-response.html

Thank you for your continued support of TAPPI and the industry we serve. Best Regards, Larry N. Montague TAPPI President & CEO
