On your marks, get set, go ... see you at the finish line.

As a meeting professional who intends to thrive, you will learn how to create your future instead of having it created for you. Be equipped with tips and tools on how to become a Chief Breakthrough Officer in life and business. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves by engaging your head, heart and hands in this experience.

Simon T. Bailey leads this inspiring and invigorating session, in which you'll learn how to:

* Adapt a new mindset by identifying your key area of improvement that will positively impact your team and company.

* Leverage your energy and knowledge to maximize your career opportunities.

* Create a clear picture on how to drive value in the midst of uncertainty.

If you want to get a head start, then download or invest in a copy of the book "Release Your Brilliance." Shift Your Brilliance is the new methodology that will be shared during this session.

Our 2014 MACE! conference will take place on February 25-26, 2014 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. This year’s conference features five high-level educational tracks, more than 20 interactive sessions and workshops, the Flipped Marketplace and an Expo Hall. The educational sessions will provide attendees with instant knowledge that they can apply to their everyday work; while the workshops, Reversed Marketplace and Expo will deliver the tools planners and suppliers need to advance their professional life and career.
