Her favorite vacation would be between Alaska and Denali National Park or Maine and Acadia National Park.  Amy says she loves the outdoors, and finds the best therapy is forest and nature-based. Her favorite food is Mexican food. She says she could live off chips, salsa, guacamole and queso dip. "And don't forget the margaritas with extra salt!!"

Her favorite music is bluegrass and Americana followed closely by Contemporary Christian.

She grew up in rural southwest Virginia, in a little town called Callaway. She says "we had a dairy farm during my early years, took a break, and now my parents are raising beef cattle.  I'm missing not being able to go home and visit my family right now, but excited to head down to VA this summer for some country-living."

"Growing up, my dream job was to be an optometrist. Then, my daddy took us on a road trip from VA to the western US, where I fell in love with the landscape." She says her dream job would be a Park Ranger with the National Park Service, most likely in Alaska, Montana, Wyoming or Maine.
