MPI Potomac's November e2: Point-Counterpoint: Contracting Issues We Face Today

On November 1, we hosted our second Educational Experience at the Hyatt Bethesda. More than 100 attendees observed the point-counterpoint exchange between Jim Goldberg and Bob Lannan, local attorneys and experts on hospitality law. Past President Will Trokey moderated the discussion, as audience members weighed in on contrary topics ranging from attrition to force majeure. After some lively conversation, the Hyatt Bethesda team invited everyone upstairs to check out their freshly-minted rooftop event space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
