In 2016, MACE! celebrated its 10-year anniversary, showcasing all of the chapter's achievements over the past decade that have benefited our membership. In 2017, the MACE! Committee’s goal is to keep our annual conference as a "must-attend" event for career development, while building new relationships and being connected to the future of our industry. As always we will feature engaging educational sessions that focus on the hottest trends, such as new technology.

 

MACE! will still feature our successful Flipped Marketplace, as well as our Opening Reception and Keynote Sessions on the day of the conference. New in 2017 will be a "Tech Alley," which will feature a different segment of our membership. Our partners within the world of AV and event production will have the opportunity to exhibit their products and showcase to membership the apps and technology that will take our industry into the future. Our goal as a committee is to ensure that MACE! has something for everyone; whether you are a Planner, Supplier or Student, this is the conference for you!

 

Looking for a volunteer opportunity? MACE! is a big machine with a lot of moving parts; we are always looking for additional committee members that would like to be engaged in the process and learn more about the MPI Potomac Chapter. Do you enjoy event production, onsite logistics, food and beverage/menu planning, social media engagement or marketing? Do you have an idea for how we could continue to change MACE in the future, so we are continually evolving?
