Dear OSCA/ACOSO Members,

Thank you so much for joining us at our virtual Fall conference, "Inside Out: Looking Inside, Growing Outside." We hope that you were able to be refreshed and recharged to continue your vital and important work in supporting students. May the new insights and tools brought to us through the wealth of knowledge of our amazing presenters and exhibitors strengthen you as we navigate the latest changes and challenges that come with learning through a pandemic. It is our great hope that all of you would feel seen, connected, supported, and proud in your schools and that all of us, in turn, would help our students gain that strong sense of belonging!

If you missed out on a workshop session, please do not fret as all workshop sessions (except OK2BeMe for privacy) have been recorded and will be made available to you through the Subscriber's Lounge on the OSCA/ACOSO website.

We hope that you will continue to learn with us by joining us for our monthly webinars as well. A schedule of webinars will be posted to the website, and registration information will be provided on our OSCA News email blasts. We will also continue to connect you with our wonderful exhibitors through these channels, so please do take advantage of these resources!

If you enjoyed the conference and are passionate about helping to lead and support guidance and career education in Ontario, please consider joining our Board of Directors! An application form can be found on the OSCA/ACOSO website. We are always looking for new perspectives and voices!

Congratulations to our Grand Prize Winners Lynn Roy from Conseil Scolaire Nouvelon and Kelly Ann Marks from Northeastern Catholic District School Board! Lynn has won $300 in self-directed professional development, and Kelly Ann has won complimentary registration for next fall’s conference!

We are so grateful and honoured to be a part of a community of educators that strives for excellence and builds each other up. Thank you for your partnership!

Resources
You want your students to succeed—and so do we.

At Discover Year, we help young adults better understand what they want out of their future and build the skills they need to go out and get it.

We've created this webpage and the resources below to give educators a better idea about what the Discover Year program is, why it's unique, and how students of all backgrounds can benefit from a purposeful and structured gap year.

ONTransfer.ca helps Ontario students, transfer staff, and guidance counsellors explore transfer & pathway opportunities.

ONTransfer.ca features information and tools needed to explore transfer and program pathway opportunities across publicly assisted colleges, universities, and Indigenous Institutes in Ontario; understand how transfer and pathways work; and the steps involved in the transfer process. ONTransfer.ca gives students information on how programs and courses may transfer between institutions.

If you support transfer or high school students, use ONTransfer.ca as a tool to bolster your knowledge about transfer opportunities in Ontario or encourage students to explore the site on their own.
