As part of renewing for the 2022-2023 school year, OSCA subscribers are invited to register for webinars during the school year. The first webinar is later this month and registration is open now.
Join Renata Antoniuk from Miller Thomson, LLP on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm, for a webinar on the legalities of professional note-taking, tailored to Guidance Teacher-Counsellors.
Renata will cover issues surrounding what information to avoid including in counsellor notes, who may have access to the records, as well as when and for what purposes they can be used. The webinar will also cover recent cases applicable to the disclosure and use of counsellor notes. A Zoom link will be sent to registrants prior to the webinar date.
