Happiness can be a powerful catalyst to improve productivity, build resilience and thrive.

Globally, two-thirds of people rate happiness as their top priority. Yet, research shows that happiness levels are at an all-time low. At the same time, workplaces are struggling to foster positive well-being among employees in the face of rapid change, challenges and uncertainty.

Something has to change – and the good news is that it can. That's because happiness and resilience are skills and capabilities that we can nurture and develop.

In this interactive training session, you'll gain tools and strategies for cultivating happiness and building resilience – so that you can flourish both personally and professionally.
