UC Berkeley at the Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry and Vision Science Hosts the 2025 Low Vision Special Interest Group Meeting
The Low Vision Educators Special Interest Group (SIG) met July 10th-12th in Berkeley, California, at the Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry and Vision Science. SIG members spent two days discussing innovative teaching techniques, the AI landscape in education, and new technology in low vision. Thank you to the current chair, Dr. Emily Hable, Indiana University School of Optometry, and chair-elect Dr. Nicole Ross, New England College of Optometry, for a successful meeting.
