Dry Eye Awareness is Serious Business at Université de Montréal School of Optometry!
It’s been nine years since a clinic dedicated solely for dry eye was inaugurated at the University of Montreal, School of Optometry (EOUM): A North American first!
Since July was Dry Eye Awareness Month, it was an opportune time to look back at this breakthrough in optometry with Dr. Etty Bitton, professor at and Director of the clinic.
Throughout July, EOUM has posted info about dry eye and to remind patients with symptoms to consult their eyecare professional so they can help to diagnose Sjögren Syndrome.
