The Optometric Education Leadership Institute Is Coming Soon
The Optometric Education Leadership Institute (OELI) will be held on April 8-9, 2026, at the Alcon headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
This year’s program will explore a range of leadership-focused topics including:
- Leadership philosophy
- Crisis management
- Strategic management
- Strategic thinking
In addition to the formal curriculum, OELI offers participants valuable opportunities to connect, collaborate, and build an enduring alumni network that continues to provide support long after the program concludes.
Established in 2020, the Optometric Education Leadership Institute was created to advance ASCO’s strategic objective of developing and promoting career and leadership pathways for faculty, administrators, residents, and students across the optometric education community.
