Ophthalmic Optics Educators Special Interest Group Meeting Highlights
The Ophthalmic Optics Educators (OOE) Special Interest Group (SIG) was held in Dallas, TX, on July 13-15, 2023. The two-day meeting hosted at EssilorLuxottica was both engaging and informative.
The Dr. Joe Bruneni Honorary Lecturer Award recipient, Michelle J. Hoff, OD, FAAO, ABOM, FNAO, Associate Clinical Professor at The University of California School of Optometry, was honored and her lecture “Understanding Variable Power Lenses Using Wavefront Technology” was well received. During the business meeting it was decided to hold next year’s annual meeting in California at VSP Vision. Details to follow.
