Beth Moy Named New Chief of Staff at Salus

Beth Moy, MSW, has been named the new chief of staff at Salus University. She comes to Salus after serving as the executive director of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE).

Moy earned a bachelor’s degree in English in 1992 from the University of Texas, Austin, and a Master of Social Work degree in Administration and Planning from Temple University in 1997. 

She served as both director of special projects and director of constituent services for Philadelphia City Councilwoman at Large Happy Fernandez and then as fundraising coordinator and scheduler for Fernandez’s mayoral campaign in 1998-99.

Moy joined the Moore College of Art and Design in 1999 as the director of development and capital campaign director, then in 2005 moved over to academic planning and continuing education.

In 2009, she joined SEPCHE as its executive director. 

Moy said the early stages of her new position will include building relationships with faculty and staff with an eye on connecting her network to Salus for growth opportunities.
