Over the past few years, we have seen many different types of programs, and policies brought to market, all designed to address what some perceive as gaps or weaknesses within the design and construction industry.

 

One of the ones we've heard the most of is euphemistically called “social benefits.” It is clear from the intent of these programs that a number of talking heads have found a way to create a consulting business for themselves, and more importantly, large numbers of politicians have bought into this misconception as a way to solve and socially engineer the problems faced in our society today.
