This Standard is not only a National Building Code reference, but also a problem avoidance guide for all Concrete Construction.

The committee meets monthly with updates from both the CPO and the MLITSD, as well as timely industry updates. Each OGCA member company is welcome to provide one delegate for these meetings. On March 20, 2023, the Government of Ontario introduced Bill 79, the Working for Workers Act, 2023. If enacted, Bill 79 will amend various work-related statutes including, the Employment Standards Act, 2000, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act, 2009, Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006, Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, Ontario Disability Support Program Act, 1997, and the Ontario Works Act, 1997.
