The OGCA team is delighted to welcome an exciting new addition to our ranks to further deliver on the member-first approach our association endeavours for our contractors.
I am proud to introduce our membership to Daniela Polsoni, who has joined our organization in the capacity of Office Manager. She will take over from Mary Wademan effective April 14, 2022.
Daniela is a dynamic and focused individual who intends to cultivate and expand upon the excellent member engagement that our contractors have grown to expect from the OGCA. Daniela’s personable, outgoing and diligent demeanour, coupled with her perpetual inclination for service, will absolutely elevate our association with industry stakeholders, external organizations and members alike.
Building upon over a decade of successful service in the association sphere, Daniela intends to parlay this extensive professional expertise in association office: management; coordination; adaptation; and personalized customer service, to provide the intrinsic skills to allow our OGCA office to become more of an asset for our members.
Her passion, critical thinking, and strong written and verbal acumen in all that she does will allow the OGCA office room to expand upon its service offerings, in addition to providing our contractors with a more immersive and streamlined member service experience.
Previous to joining the OGCA team, Daniela was the Office Coordinator for both the Greater Toronto Sewer and Watermain Contractors Association (GTSWCA) as well as the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association (OSWCA). Her solid foundation in association management allows her to understand the requisite needs of the members and be proactive in providing the services that will ultimately benefit our members.
Daniela has intimate knowledge of the construction industry and is excited to represent OGCA contractors in our sector and beyond. She views the work of all general contractors as essential to the ultimate growth and prosperity of the Ontario economy.
