Empowering Opportunity: Recruiting for New Mentoring Program

Print Print this Article | Send to Colleague

The Rosie Mentoring Program has been developed within the Rosie Initiative to address the limited access women have to role models and mentors. We encourage women in STEM and skilled trades careers to participate in our program where we will match Mentors and Protégées 1:1.

This six-month program is open to Canadian women interested in being Protégées and industry professionals – women and men – interested in being Mentors. Protégées must have at least one year of work experience in their respective fields, while Mentors must have over five years of experience.

We are currently accepting applications for Mentors and Protégées within STEM and skilled trades areas. If you are interested in participating in our program, please click here and complete the form online.

For more information, please contact Amadea Gareau.
