OGCA and IHSA Presents our Annual Leadership Conference sponsored by 4S Consulting Services: March 5, March 12, and March 19, 2021.

2020 presented the construction industry with our most significant health and safety challenges to date. OGCA, IHSA and the League of Champions have focused on providing the construction industry with the information and tools to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the extreme challenges, our industry has successfully remained open and continues to keep workers safe.

This year's online conference will provide the important information you need. Presentations include two panel discussions of your peers specifically designed to offer insight in managing projects during COVID-19, and the leadership and strategic direction needed during this difficult time.

For the first panel, we will be discussing leadership during a crisis, and the different techniques that top leaders have found that work during a pandemic. Panelists include, Craig Lesurf, President of Gillam Group, Todd Craigen, President of PCL - Eastern Canada, Greg Brokenshire, President of Alberici Constructors, and Frank Perricone, President of Percon Construction.

For the second panel, we will be discussing the OHS strategy and how to build an effective strategy that works for your workplace. Panelists include Ken Rayner, Vice President of IHSA, Raymondo Mollica, President of REMO General Contracting, Erin Oliver, Vice President of Modern Niagara Group, and Joel Melloul, President of Melloul-Blamey Construction.
