As an active member, you know first-hand the value your membership has provided you in 2020 during the Covid-19 crisis. Member-Get-A-Member is the ideal opportunity to share your success by encouraging your nonmember colleagues to join. You will be rewarded with a $100 Visa gift card for each new, active member you recruit (up to five members or $500 in gift cards!). Plus, right now all nonmembers receive 50% of dues (excludes 2019 members). Please see Campaign Rules for full details. Just tell the dentists you recruit to include your name on their applications. Then visit the recruiter's form to tell us who you recruited by entering your name and ADA number, and the name of the potential member.  We’re stronger together!

Dental Community News and Events

After significant consideration, the ODA Board of Trustees, in consultation with the Speaker of the House, has decided that the 2020 House will meet virtually. This decision was made with the health and safety of all attendees and guests in mind, and leadership believes that moving forward with a virtual offering is the best option to allow for maximum participation with minimum risk. Interested in serving as a delegate? Contact your local dental society, or register online here.

Save the date to join your ODA colleagues in a day of advocacy at the state capitol educating yourself, legislators, and their staff on critical issues impacting dentistry.

The 2021 Oregon Dental Conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center on April 8-10, 2021!  With the unforeseen cancellation of the 2020 ODC, we are excited to share that we have successfully rescheduled many of the speakers to present at our 2021 event! In addition, the Solutions Marketplace will continue to offer a unique opportunity to connect with dental partners and support all your shopping needs. We look forward to a successful conference next year and cannot wait to see you there!

Dentists and other dental professionals are invited to participate in the Pain Management and Substance Use Disorders Dental ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) program, a 6-session program designed to build the capacity of dentists and their teams to identify and manage patients with oral pain or substance use disorders. Sessions for the upcoming cohort will occur via a virtual meeting space on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30pm, beginning September 9. Learn more and register here.
