The Paid Family & Medical Leave program launch is just around the corner—employers will start collecting PFMLI contributions January 1, 2023. Employees will be able to access benefits starting September 1, 2023. The official Contribution Rate for 2023 has been set. It will be 1% of employee wages up to a maximum of $132,900 with 60% of the rate set by employees and 40% set by employers.
