Pain Management in Dental Settings Free Training

Dentists and dental professionals have an opportunity to access free video training on pain management in dental settings through OHSU’s School of Dentistry. The training, which begins on Jan. 4, 2023, covers pain management as well as substance abuse disorders to help dental care providers prescribe responsibly amid the ongoing opioid epidemic. OHSU provides the training for free thanks to support from the Oregon Health Authority and U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. It includes seven live, interactive video sessions taught by experts, including ODA’s own Executive Director, Dr. Barry Taylor.
