Do you or someone you know deserve an award?
In the past 7 months, many of us have done what we could to adapt to the crisis. We’ve been asked to make change, to strategize and innovate to make our organization’s current situation better. We knew from the beginning this wasn’t going to be easy, but when we look back on this journey, none of us could’ve predicted the impact this would have on our work, and on our everyday lives.
If you’re a CEO, you may have had to put the board’s strategic priorities aside, creating new ones and contingency budgets. If you’re a meetings professional, you’ve been watching conference trends, renegotiating contracts and learning how to produce virtual programs. Membership managers? You’ve been monitoring your community, providing flexibility in payments and adding valuable and engaging resources to support your members who have been deeply impacted.
