According to the results of the first quarter New York State Consumer Real Estate Sentiment Scores released by the Siena Research Institute (SRI), New Yorker's confidence in the housing market reached a two-year high for both current and future overall scores. NYSAR is actively working to block legislation that would require license numbers on all forms, and legislation that would prohibit property owners subject to rent regulation from recovering more than one apartment for their personal use.
