New York Consumers are Yorkers are now more optimistic about the future of the housing market than they were just three months ago. However, the overall current Real Estate Sentiment scores among New Yorkers in the fourth quarter of 2011 decreased even lower than the third quarter when it hit a two-year low. According to the results of its 2012 Home Ownership Satisfaction Survey, HomeGain reports that the highest percentage of homeowner satisfaction was in the Northeast, with a 77-percent satisfaction rate. Click here to learn more.
