NYSAR has launched a Call for Action encouraging lawmakers to pass the property tax cap legislation before they leave Albany. With only a few session days left, it is essential that your state representatives hear from you. Please click here to take action and tell your State Senator and Assembly member that you support a tax cap and he or she must not leave Albany until a cap is signed into law!

 

According to the latest poll by the Siena Research Institute (SRI), New York State consumer home buying plans decreased 0.2 points to 3.2 percent in May.

Once a year, NYSAR offers you a chance to develop or enhance your skills as an instructor, sales manager or trainer with the Instructor Training Institute (ITI).
