Broadly speaking, members of Gen Z were born around 1995 through 2012. The youngest are in elementary school while the oldest have graduated from college.

California Closets has spent several years renovating and relocating about half of its approximately 130 showrooms, with a goal of transforming all within a year or two. Already, the change to what the company calls “Showroom 2.0” is paying off with increased order sizes.

Eighty-six percent of Americans plan to celebrate Independence Day this year, spending $6.7 billion on food items, according to NRF’s annual survey. That’s down slightly from last year’s $6.9 billion. Cookouts, barbecues and picnics continue to be the most popular activity (61%), followed by fireworks and community celebrations (40%).
