NRMCA’s Dispatcher Course, hosted in Dallas last month, marked the introduction of a new curriculum designed in response to member insight with a focus on practicality. Members who offered valuable advice and suggestions through the 2024 Learning & Development Survey and focus groups have contributed greatly to the overhaul of the course and other NRMCA educational programs.
