The NRMCA Pave Ahead program recently exhibited at the NAIOP I.CON East 2025 Real Estate conference in Jersey City, NJ. Senior Vice President, Local Paving, Phil Kresge and Senior Director, Local Paving, Luke McHugh manned the display and fielded questions from many of the over 1,200 attendees from the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) community. Kresge and McHugh also networked with several of the other exhibitors from the engineering and design/build communities.
Breakout sessions included topics on current market trends, global economic landscape and future demands of the CRE market. One key takeaway from the conference was that sustainability continues to be a focus among owners and developers.
