NRMCA’s ConcreteWorks 2025 will take place October 10 - 12 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL. Please see below for important information relating to attendees, exhibitors, the host hotel and the National Mixer Driver Championship.
Attendees - Early bird registration is now open; register to save over $100 off the regular registration fees. The early bird deadline ends Friday, July 11.
Exhibitors - Booth space sales have begun. Exhibit space rules and costs can be found in the Exhibition Information pages of NRMCA's ConcreteWorks website. To reserve your space in the exhibit hall, download and complete the Exhibit Booth Application and Contract and return it to NRMCA with the required payment.
National Mixer Driver Championship Registration - The 19th Annual National Mixer Driver Championship will be held in conjunction with NRMCA's ConcreteWorks 2025 on Saturday, October 11, at the Gaylord Palms. Click here for more information.
Hotel Information for Everyone - The hotel reservation link will be made available upon completion of your registration for the event. NRMCA has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $219 per night, plus applicable taxes and a $45 per night resort fee which includes several in-room amenities. The hotel reservations cut-off date is Tuesday, September 16, or when the block sells out, whichever occurs first.
