The Connecticut Construction Industries Association will host a virtual infrastructure summit next week with House Appropriations Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and House Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman Peter DeFazio (D-OR). The summit is an open event and will be an excellent opportunity to hear from congressional leaders on the prospects of a surface reauthorization bill and a federal infrastructure investment, and will come on the heels of the expected announcement of an infrastructure package this week.
