Senate Set to Vote on Continuing Resolution to Fund Federal Government

The Senate is set to vote on the House-passed continuing resolution (CR) to fund the government through December 11 as well as extend the FAST Act and the National Flood Insurance Program for one year. The legislation will provide a $13.6 billion transfer from the general fund into the Highway Trust Fund, providing $10.2 billion to the Highway Account and $3.4 to the Mass Transit Account.

For more detailed information on how this will impact a longer-term FAST Act reauthorization, you can view this free webinar from the Eno Center for Transportation.
