Please Complete Mixer Driver Recruitment & Retention Survey

During July, NRMCA asks your company to fill out the annual Mixer Driver Recruitment & Retention Survey. With the largest participation rate of all NRMCA surveys, results represent approximately 30% of the driver pool. To keep such robust statistical reporting we need your input. If you are not an NRMCA Producer member, please forward the survey link to your clients. Please note the following:

• Responses are confidential and anonymous;
• The survey is open between July 6 - July 31;
• If your company works in multiple regions, please fill out one survey per region. Hiring is local; we want to give you geographic-centric results;
• The report will be released this fall; and
• On the survey site, you will be able to download a PDF of the questions.
