In late March, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released guidance for covered entities in an effort to help address the COVID-19 pandemic by allowing certain limited flexibilities for environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement. Last week, EPA announced that this temporary regulatory enforcement and compliance flexibility will terminate on Monday, August 31.
