Every now and then a class has a stellar performance. This year’s Plant Manager Certification class held in February at the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s headquarters in Charlotte was one of them. The certification requires attendees pass two exams and 95% did so. Additionally, 26% scored at least 90% on both. First in the class was Matt Brock from Crete Solutions, Wilmington, NC. The others on the “A Team," in alphabetical order, are Justin Brunnemer, Concrete Supply Company; Brenton Bush, Watchtower; Logan Dean, Ernst Concrete; Neil Dickerson, S & W Ready Mixed Concrete; John Downie, Concrete Supply Company; Jason Hatch, Insight Group; Randy Howell, Thomas Concrete; Branden McNiff, Watchtower and Chad Wessels, Watchtower.
The remaining 2019 Plant Manager Certification classes with open enrollment are Portland, OR, April 23-26 and December 11-13, Orlando. The March class in St. Louis is sold out.
