Minnesota Contractors Seek Help After Concrete Shortage

What does Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and the oil boom in North Dakota have to do with a recent cement shortage in the state? As a result of the shortage, the Aggregate and Ready Mix Association of Minnesota wants the governor to temporarily lift the limit on how many hours cement truck drivers can work, as some max out their hours of service while waiting for the next shipment at concrete suppliers.
