Wisconsin Community Faces Asphalt vs. Concrete Questions for Local Street

The Wisconsin community of Neenah is having an asphalt vs. concrete decision, specifically why did Neenah rebuild a portion of South Commercial Street with asphalt and not concrete. Gerry Kaiser, Neenah's director of public works, said engineers examining South Commercial realized they had to account for immediate needs and long-term needs.
