NRMCA is conducting its spring Plant Manager Certification course in Oklahoma City this  week; the next two classes will be held August 12-15 in Silver Spring, MD (metro Washington, DC), and December 9-12 in Phoenix. This course establishes basic industry standards, measured through certification. Please note that batchmen are required to pass this class's exams by the Army Corps of Engineers for federally awarded projects BEFORE work commences.
