Ready Mixed Concrete Production Statistics Updated Through January 2014
The preliminary estimate of ready mixed concrete produced in January 2014 is 17.9 million cubic yards, 1.9% higher than in January 2013. The estimated production in 2013 is 301.3 million cubic yards, 4% higher than that in 2012.
Ready mixed concrete production is estimated from cement shipments reported by the U.S. Geological Survey. Detailed information on ready mixed production, including production in states for 2013, is posted on the NRMCA Web site for access by NRMCA members.
