Companies producing ready mixed concrete on sites in Dubai will need to go through a new process of registering and gaining conformity certificates for batch plants. Dubai Municipality's acting director of buildings said that it had decided to begin monitoring concrete producers both at source and at on-site mixing plants to ensure the safety and quality of work.
