Texas City Debates Concrete vs. Asphalt for Its Roads

Ongoing debate among Corpus Christi city officials on whether to use concrete or asphalt on its road projects has generated considerable amount of discussion. Contractors, city staff and council members continue to disagree about which material is best. Twice in recent months they've hotly debated the question before the council voted on multimillion road construction contracts.
