Registration Now Open for NRMCA’s 2026 Annual Convention

Registration for the NRMCA 2026 Annual Convention to be held in March in conjunction with the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show is now open. Register by December 5 to save $200 off the regular registration fee. The convention will be held February 28 - March 2 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Important Dates:
- Early Bird Registration - through December 5, 2025
- Regular Rate - December 6, 2025 - February 27, 2026
- On-Site Registration - February 28 - March 3, 2026
The hotel reservation link will be made available after you complete your convention registration. NRMCA has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $328 - $428/night plus a $45/night resort fee (plus applicable taxes). The hotel reservations cutoff date is Monday, January 26, 2026, or when the block sells out, whichever occurs first. NRMCA’s discounted rate is available from Thursday, February 26 - Thursday, March 5.
