Longtime Industry Leader Kozeliski Honored by Alma Mater

Frank A. Kozeliski, PE, will be honored as a distinguished alumnus of the College of Engineering from New Mexico State University where he graduated with a civil engineering degree in 1967 followed by a master's in civil engineering in 1969. The following is the statement of recognition: "Kozeliski, P.E., is a civil engineer and internationally recognized authority on concrete. He has delivered more than 150 professional presentations across 30 states and nine countries. As co-owner of Gallup Sand and Gravel Co., he championed innovation and sustainability in concrete throughout the Southwest. A proud patriarch of four generations of Aggies, he continues to mentor aspiring engineers and serve as a trusted advisor in materials science."

Kozeliski is a Fellow of the American Concrete Insititue and a member for more than 50 years. He has been recognized at NRMCA with an award for lifetime achievement in promotion and with the Richard D. Gaynor Award for lifetime contributions to the ready mixed concrete industry in the technical field. Mr. Kozeliski is also a past member of the NRMCA Board of Directors.
