CSI also offers four primary certifications: Construction Documents Technologist (CDT), Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA), Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) and Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR). These certifications recognize professionals' expertise in various aspects of the construction industry.
“I look forward to serving the Construction Specifications Institute Northeast Region as president,” said Mruk. “CSI specifiers are important gatekeepers to the materials and products used on projects. Specifiers are critical to effective communication, project accuracy and successful project outcomes. They are experts in construction specifications, ensuring projects are cost-effective, compliant and efficient. They play a crucial role in translating design intent into clear, actionable instructions for construction.”
