Concrete Advancement Foundation Promotes Suicide Prevention Month

September is Suicide Prevention Month. In an effort to create additional awareness of this important topic, especially for suicide prevention within the construction industry, the Concrete Advancement Foundation last week published a Spotlight piece that includes a variety of details and resources for both companies and individuals. Of particular note are the resources available from the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Hotline. The Foundation will also feature this topic as part of its Walk for Wellness taking place scheduled for Sunday, October 1, in conjunction with NRMCA’s ConcreteWorks 2023.
