NRMCA, Build With Strength Attend Prestigious National Architects Event

Last week, NRMCA Senior Director, Building Innovations, Frank Mruk  FAIA, attended the 40th annual Boston Society of Architecture College of Fellows celebration dinner and meeting at the St. Botolph Club. The fellowship is the American Institute of Architects' highest membership honor, bestowed upon only three percent of AIA members, for their exceptional work and contributions to architecture and society.

Guest speakers (some shown here) were Eric Höweler FAIA, LEED AP, co-founder and partner at Höweler+Yoon; J. Meejin Yoon AIA, FAAR, co-founder and managing partner at Höweler+Yoon; and Gale and Ira Druiker Dean of the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP) at Cornell University. The event also celebrated the induction of five new fellows: Justin Crane, FAIA; Andrea Love, FAIA; Diana Nicklaus,FAIA; Ted Touloukian, FAIA and Angela Ward Hyatt, FAIA. Mruk said about 100 AIA Fellows attended the meeting.
