PaveAhead, Build With Strength Lead to Concrete Success Story in Pennsylvania

On a visit last week to NRMCA Producer member Boger Concrete, Dave Hilliard and Eran Willis met with NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Luke McHugh where they toured a Lebanon, PA, mixed use development (seen here). All the apartments and townhomes are being constructed with concrete supplied by Boger Concrete using insulated concrete forms (ICF) while an adjacent hotel parking lot was constructed with conventional concrete, both resulting from assistance by NRMCA’s Build With Strength and Pave Ahead Design Assistance programs.
