NRMCA's Effective Supervisor Course returns to a western location on April 18 - 20 with the class being held near the Los Angeles airport. Why should your frontline supervisors attend? Those who understand their own strengths, weaknesses, biases and working styles are better equipped to influence and interact effectively with their team – and colleagues – who can have different working styles and personalities.
